Chrono Trigger coming to the DS
It's official. Chrono Trigger will be coming to the Nintendo DS in Winter of 2008. The confirmation arrives in the form of a Jump Magazine scan and countdown site. The game's music is by Nobuo Uematsu and Yasunori Mitsuda.

World Destruction premium soundtrack campaign
Sega has embarked upon a premium soundtrack campaign for the upcoming Nintendo DS score by Chrono series composer Yasunori Mitsuda. The item will include five songs, including live recordings by the Czech philharmonic orchestra from the game, due out September 18 in Japan.

FFXI Piano Collections Review!
RPGFan: it's completely new and different from the disc released with the box set. This album was just shipped out to retailers last week, and we have a comprehensive review of the album on tap, complete with audio samples. Some other piano albums were added to the 'Fan's collection as well, but this is definitely the highlight.

"Square Enix × Xbox 360 Sound Collections" is set to feature music from Infinite Undiscovery, The Last Remnant and Star Ocean 4. Release date for Infinite Undiscovery is September 11 in Japan.

Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon Coming July 8th
The game is almost out, and mainstream critics seem to dislike it already (GameSpot 6.5/10, GameInformer 5/10). But regardless of how the game fares, we audiophiles know that the soundtrack is top notch. Here is a link to Jeriaska's review of the soundtrack at RPGFan. Hopefully Square Enix will have the sense to give this one to Americans on iTunes.
