Marvel vs Capcom 3 - Viewtiful Joe reveal trailer
The two latest playable fighters for Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds have been revealed at GamesCom. Capcom's Viewtiful Joe and Marvel's Dormammu appear in two new trailers viewable on the Game no Hanashi website. Sound design on the title is by Street Fighter IV's Masayuki Endou.

Radiant Historia announcement trailer
Atlus has launched their first trailer for Nintendo DS role-playing game Radiant Historia. The title is being developed by several staff members from Square Enix's Radiata Stories, including scenarist Satoshi Takayashiki and character designer Hiroshi Konishi. Music is by Yoko Shimomura.

The Third Birthday - Gamescom narration trailer
Square Enix has posted a new English narration trailer for PSP Parasite Eve title The Third Birthday, coinciding with Gamescom. The action game, taking place in New York in 2012, sees Aya Brea facing off against the Hive, a "rapidly propagating life form praying on mankind." Music is by Yoko Shimomura.

Latest Splatterhouse trailer shows off retro roots
The latest trailer from the forthcoming reboot of Splatterhouse illustrates how the PS3 and Xbox 360 title will pay homage to the original TurboGrafx-16 game. Included is a retro-styled music theme that appears during the sidescrolling sections of the game, including plot and gameplay concepts from earlier installments in the series. Music is by Afro Samurai composer Howard Drossin.

Sonic 4 Lost Labyrinth Zone music available for download
Sega has updated the Sonic the Hedgehog 4 official site with media of the Lost Labyrinth Zone. In addition to providing screenshots of the game environment, the Lost Labyrinth Zone Act 1 theme is currently available for download. Original music for the game is being composed by Jun Senoue.

Shoji Meguro scores Catherine for PS3 and Xbox 360
Persona series composer Shoji Meguro's next project is PS3 and Xbox 360 action/horror title Catherine. Preliminary details on the game suggest the score will display a classical music feel catered to mature audiences. The story follows Vincent, a mild-mannered salaryman who begins having nightmares after encountering a mysterious young woman named Catherine.

La-Mulana soundtrack survey results are in
The Tokyo-based indie developers at Nigoro have been conducting a survey over the past few months to see which are the most popular tracks from the MSX edition of the game. The results will inform how the arranged soundtrack will be presented in the WiiWare edition, currently under development. A second video preview of the Wii arranged tracks by Samejima and Naramura is also now on YouTube.

Sample Anamanaguchi's Scott Pilgrim soundtrack album
ABCKO Music & Records has posted a listing for the soundtrack album to Anamanaguchi's Scott Pilgrim vs the World game score, due out August 24. The chip music CD is 12-tracks in length, and each one can be sampled on the store website. The game is currently available through the Playstation 3's Playstation Network.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow limited edition out in October
JC Fletcher of Joystiq reports that Konami will publish Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Limited Edition this October for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The $80 bundle will come with an art book and soundtrack with music by Spanish composer Oscar Araujo.

Braid envisioned as an interpretive dance piece
Game designer Jonathan Blow has linked to videos of an interpretive dance piece based on his game Braid. The Chaparral High School Alumni Theatre’s production of Braid: A Movement Piece during the summer of 2010 used a unique combination of content movement and contact improvisation dance techniques. Braid follows the story of young scientist Tim on his quest to find a Princess.

BlinkWorks Media has uploaded another clip from Indie Game: The Movie. This time the subject is Adam Atomic, the creator of the independent game Canabalt for the iPad and iPhone. Music for the game was written by Danny B., also of Super Meat Boy, another game featured in the independently financed film.
